- Jeder Teilnehmer ist verpflichtet, die Teilnahmebedingungen zu lesen. Mit der Bezahlung der Workshop-Gebühren wird die Kenntnis der Regelungen und deren Anerkennung bestätigt.
- Die Teilnehmerzahl der Workshops ist begrenzt. Um einen Platz bei Workshops zu reservieren, müssen Sie den Workshop über unser Buchungsportal Fitogram buchen: https://widget.fitogram.pro/of-dance
- Die Anmeldung zum Workshop ist nur bei gleichzeitiger Zahlung der Teilnahmegebühr gültig.
- Im Falle einer Absage durch den Teilnehmer (aus welchen Gründen auch immer) ist die Workshopgebühr nicht erstattungsfähig. Der Veranstalter verpflichtet sich, im Falle einer Absage der Veranstaltung die vom Teilnehmer gezahlten Gebühren zu erstatten.
- Teilnehmer, die Workshops gebucht haben, aber (aus irgendeinem Grund) nicht teilnehmen können, können den Platz weiterverkaufen. Die persönlichen Daten des neuen Teilnehmers (Name, Land, E-Mail-Adresse) müssen dem Veranstalter spätestens eine Woche vor Beginn der Veranstaltung (15. November 2024) vorliegen.
- Die Organisatoren behalten sich das Recht vor, den Dozenten zu ändern, wenn unvorhergesehene Umstände wie höhere Gewalt oder gesundheitliche Umstände es nicht zulassen, dass der Dozent unterrichten kann. In dem Fall werden die Teilnehmerinformiert und haben die Wahl, einen neuen Dozenten anzunehmen oder eine Rückerstattung der Zahlung zu erhalten.
- Für die Anmeldung ist es erforderlich, dass der Teilnehmer ca. 15 Minuten vor Beginn des Workshops vor Ort eintrifft. Nur wer den Workshop bezahlt hat, darf den Tanzsaal betreten.
- Für in der Umkleidekabine zurückgelassene Gegenstände übernimmt der Veranstalter keine Haftung. Der Teilnehmer ist berechtigt, Wertgegenstände mit in den Tanzsaal zu nehmen, um diese griffbereit zu haben.
- Der Zutritt zum Tanzsaal ist nur in Tanzschuhen oder barfuß gestattet.
- Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung für etwaige Verletzungen der Teilnehmer.
- Mit der Teilnahme am Workshop erklären Sie sich gleichzeitig damit einverstanden, Fotos und Videos zur Bewerbung der Veranstaltung in sozialen Netzwerken zu verwenden
